The students are expected to be loyal to the College at all times. Those who mar and misuse the name of the College for personal gains will be punished with suspension or expulsion.
- The College dress code must be adhered to. The hair should be short and well groomed. A fair bit can be left in front to be combed neatly to a side. Fancy hair styles are strictly prohibited. The hair at the back of the head must be well above the collar and neatly shaved, Students must maintain box side burns and it should not be longer than the tragus.
- The face should be shaved clean. No facial hair should be visible. Fruits of virtue and of knowledge, here we gather peace and power
- Wearing all kinds of accessories such as fancy wrist watches, watches with coloured straps, chains, wrist bands, necklaces, bracelets, rings etc. are strictly prohibited.
- The accurate uniform is to be worn always in the College. Students should be clean and neat in appearance when attired in the College uniform regardless of whether at play, after school or outside school premises.
- White short sleeved shirt with College Monogram stitched on the top right end of the pocket. The length of the sleeve should be a considerable amount above the elbow. Shirts with double pleats are prohibited. The shirt must be neatly put inside the trouser. Long sleeved shirts are not allowed on the normal days.
- The trouser for the students of grades 1-9 would be a short and stitched in navy blue colour. The length of the short should be little above the knee with a clear width and should not be worn against the thigh. Shorts with loops are prohibited to be worn to the school.
- The trouser for the students of grades 10-13 is a white slack with two pleats. The width of the trouser should be as same as that of the thigh and the trouser should not stick tight at any level of the body. No loops should be attached.
- Plain black wide-toe shoes without buckles are to be worn to the school. Sport shoes and other fancy shoes with designs will not be allowed at any time. Plain white socks without coloured lines or designs are to be worn. Ankle socks are prohibited.
- The attire for special occasions known as 'ceremonial uniform' is white long sleeved shirt with monogram as stipulated above for all grades. The students of grades 1-9 will wear white short and the students of grades 10-13 will wear long white trousers in both the cases as being stipulated above. The College tie is to be worn by all the students with double knot with shoes and socks as explained above.
- There should be a special kit set apart for the ceremonial uniform (other than the shoes) which should not be worn on the other normal days. The above mentioned dress code has to be strictly adhered to in order to set and meet the standards of the College.

- Wearing the College tie with folded sleeves is not allowed. In the case of taking the tie off, first remove the tie and then fold the sleeves if the students want to fold the sleeves after a special function, it must be to the level of the elbow and not any higher or lower.
- The breach of any of the above mentioned particulars regarding the dress code is considered as dress code violation and, hence, is punishable at the discretion of the Rector.
- The students who are found smoking, dealing with illegal drugs and intoxicated with alcohol will be referred to the College Counsellor and subsequently suspended from the school depending on the gravity of the issue. Further discussions will be had with the parents for future course of action.
- Being in the immediate vicinity of the smokers, alcoholics and drug users will also be considered as an offense as that of the person who has indulgence.
- Fighting with the colleagues inside school premises or with any others of the outside schools is a serious offense. This will result in a serious inquiry by the authorities and subsequent punishment will be given depending on the seriousness of the occurrence.
- Students are strictly prohibited to bring cameras, video games CD's, diskettes, pen drives, iPads, iPods or any other electrical gadgets of that sort. This will result in an inquiry and would be informed to the parents. Considerable punishment can be given while the properties will be temporarily confiscated by the College and be retained for a period decided by the Rector before they would be handed over to the parents.
- Bringing mobile phones to the College premises is strictly prohibited. In given instances where mobile phones are brought to the school, the students will be suspended from the school for 3 College days and the phone would be temporarily confiscated and retained with the College for a period as discerned by the Rector before it would be handed over to the parents. Bringing mobile phone and retaining them in the custody of the van drivers and different other persons is discouraged, Parents or students must not plead excuses brought forward as valid for students being in association with mobile phones during school hours.
- To bring items specified above for official requirements of the College should be done only with the prior permission obtained by the Vice Rector,
- Students are prohibited to be in association with indecent, offensive and obscene literature. Students who are found to be in possession of such bad literature or any other unnecessary documents will be referred to the College counsellor and subsequently be suspended from the school for a period at the discretion of the Rector.
- Prior written permission should be obtained from the Rector for travel overseas even if they occur during school holidays.
- Prior written permission should be obtained from the Rector for taking part in any type of public performances and competitions. Permission will be granted having looked into the pertinence of the event to the studentship and the suitability to the good name of the College.
- Students whose performances will go on air via webcast, telecast or broadcast will have to be done likewise only with the approval of the College authorities as this can often create problems for the smooth function of the College.
- Uploading to the internet the photographs of the College, students, College functions or any other matter that has relevance to the life in the College is strictly prohibited. This can be considered as a serious breach of the law and hence will result in punishment.
- The College regulations regarding late arrivals, early departures are stipulated in the pages designated for each grade and must be read and clearly understood by the parents and the students.
- Absenteeism from school must be very rare. The students who get
- repeatedly absent from school will be called for an inquiry with their parents. If a student is absent from school for more than 3 days, a medical certificate should be furnished.
